Who here thinks that the new commercial from Ditech is funny?? (The one with the "Surprise Birthday party".)

Do you think it would EVER go on the air, if the sexes were reversed?

How long do you suppose the station would remain on the air, if one DID show a commercial like the Ditech one, with a WOMAN being assaulted by a man, instead of the reverse(as is in the commercial.)

I haven't seen the spot you're talking about, but I'm allways fascinated by those things. It does point out that we still have a long way to go. An interesting related note, I've noticed that it's in poor taste to make fun of a person's nationality with one glaring exception. For some reason, no one minds if you make fun of the French. I know that sounds corney, but if you start looking for it you'll see it too.

My wife thinks there's nothing funnier than a hit to the stones, unless it's a sudden unexpected knock to the noggin! I've seen her rolled into a ball laughing over those sorts of things. She loves this Ditech commercial...
