Merry Christmas to you as well. I am spending Christmas this year in Wisconsin and the weather is not that much different from what you're having. It's been in the low 40s (OK, a bit colder) and no snow. Darn.

Here in south central Texas, we have the same kind of weather you have in coastal California(all year round) this time of year. If you want to make us jealous, you need to post on July 4, when it is 98 every day for four months in a row.
But, as someone who moved here from the northeastern part of the US said:
"You do not shovel heat".
