That's probably the most elegant Magnavox I've ever seen. Looks like a Capehart 500 series! Magnavox continued making those upright combos all the way to the late 80s, but certainly not like that one! Normally I'd say $3800 is 1000% overpriced for the very best Magnavox, but maybe this is an exception.

YOWZA! Same TV chassis as my poor little oak-veneered box, which now has a severe inferiority complex.

I would pay pretty good money for that set, but not nearly 4000 bucks.

Still, very cool to see a survivor.

Nice toy... And The radio chassis apprears to be the same used on my father's 1946 radio-phono. comb. gorgeous cabinet!!!! I think this IS the exception. If I had the money, I would definately buy it. :thmbsp:
