Nice that it is displayed working, and has paperwork. To and SC collector it could be worth the bucks considering its nice cosmetic condition. He claims the remote is with it, tho I don't see it. That could strike a blow on the asking price big time.

UGH! Stay away from this seller. I checked out the link and realized it was in my area. Then I realized it's the same seller that had a Zenith roundie about a year ago which I bid on, and then discovered he uses shill bidders if if the price isn't to his liking. I filed a complaint with eBay over that one.

Seller only has "Buy It now" and "Make offer" available so there shouldn't be any problem with shill bidding. Say, offer him $50 and see what happens... :D

HA! Perhaps I will! I've met the seller before, years ago. He does have some cool stuff, but he kind of annoyed me. You can't find fault in a guy trying to make some money, but he's the type that when he tries to buy from others only wants to pay 2 cents, however when it comes to selling, he wants TOP dollar. He's got a booth in a local antique mall here, and the stuff just sits and sits..... you have to be flexible a bit on price if you expect to "move" anything. I've sold stuff at a loss just to clear room and if I knew it was going to fellow collector.

Here is a 1959 SC 300 that Doug gave me along with some other goodies. I couldn't beat the price (nada!) and it's already gone through (would you expect anything else from Doug?) and working perfectly!
The price on that one is a bit optomistic at best, but you never know...

I have that same set (working with remote) in a "vertical" chassis, but I haven't been able even get a bid of $75.
