..A Panasonic WV-555 ENG camera, You-Know-Where item # 7622220995. I have ABSOLUTELY no use for this thaing, it just jumped up & said it wanted to belong to Moi. For some unfathomable reason, I REALLY always wanted-especially when I was a Kid-an RCA TK-41, those big, grey, humpbacked monsters they always showed on TV when they had to show a "TV station". Lessee now- Guns, coins, cars, radios, TVs, assorted electronic bric-a-brac...Yeah, I think I'm about ready for Le Farm De Funne', doncha think ?!? <grin> Enjoy Memorial Day, Y'all ! And DON'T fergit what its all about....-Unca Sandy

You wouldn't be the first pirate TV station. Back in 1977 someone near Syracuse University put a pirate TV station on channel 7 one weekend. Local paper mentioned that someone used parts from a guitar amp to build the transmitter (probably the power transformer and supply and the output tube). 1977 was in the early years of the VCR, and it's likely a VCR was used to source the programming material (episodes of Star Trek, porn movies, and such). Saw a very noisy picture on a TV set located on campus of that TV station.
Channel 7 was an empty channel in Syracuse back then. That town only had 4 TV stations, 3, 5, 9, and a PBS on UHF. No cable, so there wasn't much to watch. The local NBC station didn't even play Saturday Night Live, may have been too much for the prudes at that station...

Maybe AK Tv could be like an internet station on Shoutcast or something?
