There is a marathon on the History channel today and tomorrow for this 10 part series.

This is without a doubt my favorite film, and quite possibley the best piece of work ever to be made about world war 2. With SPR a very close second.

Buy the DVD box. It's well worth it because you'll want to see it again and again.

My son got me the Limited edition DVD set last christmas an awesome gift.

I got to attend the Band of Brothers reunion at Norfolk Oct 14-17 2004.... greatest moment in my life next to the birth of my 2 daughters and as a guest of Wild Bill Guarnere himself no less !!!!! They were all the greatest, most humble guys you could imagine......zosoisme

usually I'm NOT at a loss for words, but for the whole reunion I was in total awe and mostly looked, listened and smiled..( got there early and bought Bill & Babe their 1st Bailey's of the event !!! now THAT was a treat !! ).. At that time I had already been writing to Bill for about 4 years, so he kinda introduced me to the "boys"...... and they are all characters, everyone !!! Babe is such a hot ticket you cant imagine and together with Bill they're like the 2nd coming of Laurel and Hardy....... They "feed" off each other with these little mock arguments.. Finally Bill will say, " Cut it out Babe, your startin' to "irrigate me ' !!" that south philly humor I guess....
