I've been watching the DVD of the Gidget show from 1965 and noticed she has what appears to be a small Zenith portable in her room, looks a lot like this one.

Does this look like a 65 model?

I have a set like that. They seemed to be quite popular and probably one of the best built sets of the era in the 12" black and white category.

Gidget had one like it, possibly same model. I noticed when I saw the show recently for the first time. I love the intro to that show with the "candid" stills of the Dad, etc. I was surprised at one scene inwhich a good shot of Gidget's clevege was for all to see.
