Picture tube neck is broken and seller thinks it probably doesn't work. Price starts at 1 cent but seller says he will consider the best offer?

I have been in contact with the seller. He wants $250.00 for the set. The 16AP4 is busted. I think it is too much money especially with the busted CRT.

CRT's broken & he thinks it may not work...Ya think ?!?....An' if I wuz him, & somebuddy offered me $10 for that POS, I'd take it & run....-Sandy G.
