Not sure of year. Model number is barely readable. Been in a storage building for many years. Plugged in and turned it on. Heard the usual startup sound but then smoked out the back left corner on the flyback side. I'm assuming this is basically an RCA with a ctc-107 or 110. Any ideas on year, and where to look for smoking part? Set is completely dead

It is an RCA, I have never caught one smoking though:D
Nice thing about smoke is diagnosis is quick. Probably the FBT.
