Hey y'all
I am a graduate student researching broadcast history and focusing specifically on television. I was linked to this forum by antiqueradios.org and was excited to see this forum still lived. Looking forward to learning from y'all's expert knowledge on tube technology :beatnik:

Thanks for these! I wasn't able to make the monthly meeting for the early television museum, but I hope to attend the next one.
I don't know hat part of Indiana u r in.
There is a radio shack store/ Osborne electronics in Rushville
Mr Osborne should be about 76 yrs old. A year ago still did tower installation. He does other work too.
But the store just like radio shack 30 yrs ago plus extra that keeps him afloat

I'm within about an hour's drive of Rushville. I'll have to check that out. I'm considering incorporating interviews/oral histories with people who worked in the tube era of the television into my research.
