I tested this set after I got it and it came on and runs fine except there's a hissing noise and when I had the back off, I noticed the largest cap had a bulged top. I wonder if it's that cap that's making the noise...

Changed the cap. Noise is gone and left it run for awhile. Seems good now.

All set. Just need to tweak settings but the pots are real tight. What can I put on them to loosen them up?
