I bought a Surfing Movie on DVD. Ignored the FBI Warning at the beginning at first, but noticed it was funny. The movie is called "Five Summer Stories", shot in 1970...

"Light torture" sounds like something Tony Soprano would say with a smirk. I am surprised that FBI bigwigs allowed this sort of, um, humor.

From the movie "Gotti". You know what FBI stands for: Forever Bothering Italians. :D
Straight talk, I like it that way.
As far as the FBI goes the I-talions need not worry. There new goal
is to eliminate any conservatives they can find. Once I had
respect for them but now I dont. This aint the country I grew up
in anymore.

The FBI dies not produce these warnings. The content owner does. The FBI has nothing to say about how the notice is worded. The FBI may investigate if the content owner requests it. Notice they do not say that the FBI always automatically investigates any violation.

Those are pretty silly warnings! (Not official at all)
On a cassette you can always erase them. When I get something new
first thing I do is defeat safety features & remove warning labels.
I have been caught ripping the tags off mattresses, a serious crime.:nono:

There was a skit on one of the late night variety shows where they showed the removal of the warning tags of mattresses and other items. In the mail, they received, for several weeks, tags that viewers removed from their bedding. :D

Technically it's only illegal for the dealer to remove the tags. The consumer is allowed to cut the tags off and burn them if they wish so long as the consumer has the opportunity to possess the tags and read them.

That's why they made a comedy skit of it. It's just a warning for the retailer.
Almost all the bedding, etc, discarded still has the tags on them. :D
