Holy crap.

This guy has a really interesting channel. I get the feeling he knows quite a bit about electronics but also doesn't know much about vintage TVs.

I think he is fairly young.
I haven't watched the whole video or read the comments.

I don't think he knows much about safety. At one point he says something like "I hold my breath while doing this.", something about removing zinc from some wires. Zinc vapors are dangerous to breath but holding your breath in a closed room wouldn't be good enough.
At another point he checks for a good seal by holding a HV wire in his hand near the part. He is trusting the wire insulation a lot.

I think what he is doing is more in line with scientific experiments before 1900 or Thomson type tubes.

I think it's a he with a really high voice. Those are some very hairy arms otherwise.

Regardless, the channel is super interesting. I'd like to see Glasslinger take on a more refined version of the CRT and put some TV on it.

Took me a while to figure it out too...

At least he doesn't seem to cross dress like glassslinger...I can't watch his channel because seeing some old guy cosplaying as the St Paully girl is John Wane Gacy level creepy.

Hirsute Hanna, perhaps?

And yeah, even if it's this, seeing a picture would be nice..... :D

Note to self, , , avoid glassslinger's site, there are some mental images I don't need burnt into the ol braincells, and a pervy dude St. Pauli girl is one of them:eek::yuck:
