Is this the original finish or make over?

I can't imagine the finish is original. That set has been destroyed in every possible way.

To me, it's no loss. I could never get too excited about a Crosley. :thumbsdn:

I haven't seen that type of repurpose finish.
Or maybe a bad top stain finish.
