The General Electric 4ST16A- is a professional / broadcast model of 'color bar and cross hatch' video generator.
It's all vacuum tubes, 28 of them, and somewhat more complex than nearly all tubed 'TV shop' generators, so it will be an enlightening and fun read.
The instructions manual including schematic has been posted on bunkerofdoom.com (https://bunkerofdoom.com/).
This is part of a long-overdue update of scanned materials, highlighted/linked just below the masthead, in the '~ NEW! ~' section. We hope it will be helpful and entertaining.
