Looks like any of the other millions of cheap crap FM transmitters you can buy, but with a lightning plug.

But I haven't seen many cheapies with RDS integration of track/tune information. That's a potentially-useful thing, if your FM band has space to let the device work. Many markets are so saturated you need an antenna switch to have a fighting chance. And this box doesn't seem to have an 'antenna out' port.
