Hi I had a recapped Admiral tv 27k27b Blonde working great. Haven't turned it on for 4 months. Now I get broken horizontal lines at the bottom of screen. I get sound but it is a little scratchy. I get full picture. Any help much appreciated. Peter

The broken horizontal lines could be during the vertical retrace. Maybe something having to do with the vertical sweep or sync failed. Tube? Solder joint? More info needed.
