Found an odd component that I need to know what it is. No matter what the component will not read with a multimeter so I am guessing it is one of those ceramic low ohm resistors that serve as a fuse. It seems that this part is blocking current from making its way to the ground.
Any info would be great on this. I would really like to get this tv going.

It appears you are pointing to the spark gap on the CRT socket which explains why there is no meter reading as there is not supposed to be any continuity across it.

Ah thank you! It does look like something a spark would shoot across. Back to searching for bad parts again.

Yup spark gap for the focus pin. The other pins all have small ones too.
If the focus goes too high it will jump to ground. Also if you get
neck arks they get grounded to prevent damage hopefully....
