Others may disagree but the CTC11 is the best RCA roundie IMHO. Not just saying that because I have the blonde version of this set but....

With color circuit both advanced AND simplified by 1961, the hard-wired color stages, the big HV cage and the generally solid construction that seems to resist the ravages of heat that later RCA's suffered.

I remember adjusting vertical hold. I did it yesterday.

The CTC-10 has the same control layout. I own one of them.
