Looking into sweep generators. I have a Sencore SG165 but it only does FM and AM. What are your favorites for TV and FM?

Both offer post birdy marker injection at 1, 10 and 100 MHz increments. Here's an example aligning an Admiral with the lower 21 MHz IF. https://farm7.staticflickr.com/6103/6333088682_851b873764_z.jpg (https://flic.kr/p/aDCJCb) https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5186/5559690601_194a9d3e4e_z.jpg (https://flic.kr/p/9thSjv) Gregb 03-10-2015, 11:34 PM There are two of the Wavetek 1002's on epay at the moment and the cheap one is $600 and sold as is untested! A little too much for me. Gregb bandersen 03-11-2015, 12:09 AM Way overpriced. I think I got mine for $20. Be patient - a much cheaper one will show up. Phil Nelson Yes, either model - they both have very similar features. The 108x is newer with digital readouts. I updated my original post to 'or' instead of 'and' :) |
