oops double post....

Well it does seem to be a power amp. Every cap in this thing is
bad for starters, also I see a cooked resistor.
There is an OEM Zenith cap under there so it must
be Zenith. As far as schematic goes you would need a
model number of what it came from.
Its simple so you could draw your own.

Date code on one of the caps suggests a manufacture date of 1947, so that is helpful in locating a sams/schematic/model number. Based on that, the Sams would be a double digit sams set (Sams 35-90 or so). ETF has some early Zenith data - check that out as a resource.
