Yep, that's a 12. I have that EXACT same model. Wish mine worked :(

It's mine as of today! Sitting safely in my shop! I'll be doing a YouTube video on it in the next week or so. It's in fantastic shape all the way around and the CRT is a rebuild and Sencore CR70 shows all 3 guns strong.
