How do I get this off from the grill?

Can you take the insides out and soak it?

I saw it on ebay. I wanna buy it, But I want to know if I can clean it off without taking it apart

Doesn't look like something ON the grill, looks like the painted finish on the grill is gone in many areas.

I think you would have to take the radio apart to fix that, probably by repainting the grill.

Yup...disassemble and re-paint.
