NBC four-page ad for the 1960/61 season.

First page lists a number of local NBC affiliates, then the following three pages list 15 programs each of new programs, returning programs, and specials, each with a photo and promo blurb, and calling out if IN COLOR.

A lot of Westerns in those days, and some insipid comedies (I think there are well written dramas on TV these days, but so many are police procedurals); but note also some really high quality variety like Bell Telephone Hour, Omnibus, Hallmark Hall of Fame, etc.

I think Joseph Welch died before his shows aired.
