I have like 2 of them..I have 1 with a line going from Left to Right

Any idea how to fix it?

Well you got "no vertical sweep". I dont have a manual so not much
help here. These set are not pleasant to work on & have complex
sweep curcuits & lots of surface mounts. But it may be a simple fix,
need someone with a manual to help........
