what brand of aluminum grating was used on top of the NBC color truck in 1958.

Well, you do now.

I am amazed at some of the interesting ads and articles you find. Thank you for posting this, old_tv_nut. I thought Borden was only a brand of milk until now.

There was also that old cow, Lizzie.

I think you mean "Elsie".

-Steve D.

Borden's first Elsie the Cow at the 1939 New York World's Fair. she was an actual cow.

Yeah, but Lizzie was a axe-murderin' old cow.

Lizzie Borden took an axe
Gave her mother 40 whacks
When she saw what she had done
She gave her father 41

Now back to the milk company: Don't forget Elsie's husband Elmer. He was the glue that held the family together.

Pretty cool stuff.

Thank you for this info buddy :)

There's a Borden Street not far from where I live.

Hello I use to work on the loading dock at Bordens when I was a teenager in the 70s at the Indianapolis plant..Timothy
