Hi to all!
I'm Miika from Estonia. Nickname, as you already noticed, is Scott, and all friends use the latter.
Electronics in my hobby most of time, I had worked as radio- and TV- repair tehnician some fifteen years ago, when people had older soviet era receivers. I know flat-screens inner-working too, but their repair is not reasonable at homes. Other electronics and electrical work is also on hand.
Nowadays I'm interested in digital terrestrial and satellite television, they evolving very fast at the moment. Terrestrial analog is switched off in Estonia, some channels have analog simulcast in cable, but picture quality isn't that anymore what it was before digital switchover.
Now I deal with electronics mostly for myself, but helping other enthusiasts in couple of estonian electronics- and digital media forums.
Sorry about grammatical mistakes I make, english is my third language, I understand it well, but writing is somehow not good.
Regards to all
