I've just obtained a fine ITE rolling tripod/dolly - tripod Model number T5, head Model number H1A - can't find anything about it. does anyone know when they were made?

It also has a long slot on the top of the head - does anyone know what type of plate/fixing it needs to put a camera on it?

it says "made in Australia" on the tripod., tho I know ITE are a US company.
