5/15 right NOW!!

I LOVE that movie! But I have it on DVD, so I watch it whenever I want! :D

oh yes I do too, just something about having to schedule to see it.

I've watched this movie many times on TCM in letterboxed widescreen.

Forbidden Planet was the FIRST film I saw on video tape uncut, uncensored, and no commercials... several years before Beta and VHS came along, too!

The Walt Disney animation is excellent. I still wonder why MGM didn't have its own animation department do these special effects? They were excellent during this time.
