Anyone else watch doctor who? I LOVE this show!!!

These pictures just about sum up how complex the show can get and yes these do follow the show but I am not sure about the last one though I can't seen to get my mind around it.

Sure. I've seen every classic and new episode at least a few times :) Even the lost episodes in recon for.

I just wish the newer Dr Who episodes were longer. They start out great, but then have to cram the ending into a few minutes.

I know I think they should allow for an hour and a half or two hour slot times for this amazing show. Or maybe if they can't finish an episode without cramming it up towards the end continue it next week that way the season could be longer!(why do they have such short seasons?)
I have recently started watching some of the episodes from the 60's and 70's I think those are much less rushed but I love the special effects in the new ones!

I agree. The effects in the latest Cyberman episode were excellent. I really like the new opening credits too.

I wonder what watchers of the show would have done if they saw a modern episode from 2012-2013 an their set??? :p
I'm anxiously anticipating next week to learn about who Clara the impossible girl really is!?!
Now if only they could fix the base line to be more like the orgional!

Do I dare ask this question? Who (no pun, hahaha) is your favorite doctor, and your favorite companion? Please explain using charts, graphs and photos to support your opinion.

I love 10 and 11 but pond would have to be my favorite companion anthough Clara is in a quick race to beat her
You can tell I still favor the new ones over the old ones by my refrences:yes:

ich liebe 10 und 11 aber Amy hätte zu meinen lieblings begleiter noch werden. obwohl Clara ist in einem schnellen rennen sie zu schlagen.
man kann sagen ich habe noch begünstigen die neuen über die alten von meinem refrences

I watched the 3rd and 4th doctor a lot as a teenager in the 80s, but more recently I like the 1st and 2nd more. Here are a couple highlight compilation videos I found on YouTube.

I am almost finished building my Dr Who collection. I will have every surviving Dr Who Episode in about a week or so. I can't wait to watch all of them. I spent a lot of my childhood watching Tom Baker and Peter Davidson.
Now if I can just find a device that can run XBMC in 480i component to feed pure B&W into my modulator for antique TV viewing nirvana :scratch2:.

I like 1-3 the best. But I like 4-7 as well, I even liked 8 although he only had the one story.

I just learned that they recovered 2 more missing episodes, one from Underwater Menace, one from Galaxy 4. I just watched the Underwater Menace combined with some of the reconstructions you can find over on youtube to fill out the missing parts (They have 2 and 3 now but not 1 and 4), but I haven't seen the Galaxy 4 yet.

The recovered Galaxy 4 episode along with 3 reconstructed episodes is available as an extra on the latest "Aztecs" DVD release. I may pick it up just for the bonus material.

I just read that they located 90 missing episodes of the doctor , if that is indeed true that would cover most if not all of the missing episodes , would be nice to see the first Troughton episode or the story where the first doctor's mind ends up in the guy ( title of the story escapes me at the moment ) , they recons are nice but to see what is actually happening instead of still images is prefered.
one other note can't wait for the blu-ray version of spearhead from space , the only original doctor story that can be true 1080 because it was shot entirely on film

Have you seen the mini episode with Paul McGann ? Nice of the BBC to give a little closure to his character.
