1960 year shows girls dancing in front of a color rect. Tv screen briefly. Carefiul study of clip proves this IS an actual screen shot. Theres an obvious flicker of vertical bars shadows in video proving this iš true screen shot of this limited production őr early rect.color TV!!!!

TV and camera w/ different vertical rates causes this distortion.

This ad is modern day so it would be easy enough to do.I agree; and further proof that it's a fake is the unbalance of the bezel. No early rectangular Color CRT would be that close to the top of the cabinet.

I can't tell you how many times I have seen a color picture on what is obviously a b&w set in an ad. They count on the fact that most people will not notice the difference.

Yup, looks like faked color on a 21" B&W set to me as well. Those superimposed bars are pretty over the top.

I think it is a nice example of the hyped up interference we see on modern programs where they are trying to depict a vintage analog tv broadcast. In a lot of cases, it will look like interference I have never even seen before. But I suppose that the generation of people getting into postproduction now have never watched any programming over rabbit ears, so how are they to know what real OTA interference looks like?

Faked - not like real shutter bars at all.

Faked - look at the modern aluminum street light at about 0:09. Not too sure about what appears to be a 1960's sunburst wall clock at 0:07, either. The guy drinking from the cup at 0:06 has very elaborate hairstyling as well. Very 1950's B/W CRT shape in the phony color segment.
