Morning everyone! Just curious if anyone could shed some light on this Dumont model. It's tough for me to gauge scale and I'm wondering roughly how large it really is. I have a chance to bring it home but it's on the other side of the country and I'll only be able to drag it back if I've got the room. Seller says it's missing the back, but will be sending me additional pics. :scratch2:

Looks like an RA-112 to me... 1950 era.

I have an RA-113 with the rectangular 17" screen thats set up like this set in your picture.

I agree - RA-112. dimensions from Radiomuseum.org: 33 x 40.5 x 24.5 inch

One of the best TVs of its time.

If you transport it, make sure that the chassis and CRT are secure.

That's a nice Du Mont! Grab it if you can!

Probably a 19AP4 CRT, you will want to know if it is good before you buy it, it's a very hard tube to find.
That set will be brutally heavy, like all the Dumonts of that era, they were built like a tank and just as durable.

THAT'S why the seller isn't getting back to me! Oh well.
