I didn't even need the thing. It was just too cool. What was it? A Sony KV-13FS100 13" Wega TV. It would have matched my 27 Wega. It was only 14.99, with remote. Grrr... I shoulda bought it. But what would I do with it? I have TVs everywhere...

I'm becoming a hoarder. Well, I guess not, if I can still say no, right? Lol. That's what I'll keep telling myself.

I'm JUST as bad. I broke down one of my aquariums (a 46 gallon bowfront)...because I didn't like coming home to find a TINY bit of water on the hardwood floors from it. I rent...and have ALWAYS feared doing something BAD to the hardwood floors with some sort of aquarium "event".

I have dared myself to take DOWN that aquarium like three times in the last seven years. THIS time....the thing that validated DOING it after talking myself out of it so many times......

MORE ROOM FOR TV SETS!!!!!!!!!!

Now I am down to FIVE aquariums....but I won't be getting rid of the 65 gallon one in the dining room anytime soon. The fish from the 46 went into a 26 bowfront in the bedroom. If I have ANY sort of "event" in there.....I'll have even MORE room for sets. A fish tank would occupy the space of ONE big 'ol roundie to you guys.....but I like REALLY small little solid state sets from the 60s-80s, so I can put a little "shelving" thing in place of an aquarium and have TEN more sets there :-P

The TV sets are so much more fun, and don't WORRY me like the tanks do.

I had a S&W Model 681, which is a 4" L-frame .357. It was designed for cops, it had small grips, fixed sights & was a pretty much "Workaday" type gun, nothing fancy. They made 'em just a few years, they came out about the time most cops started going to automatics, & never really sold all that well. My example shot GREAT, but stupidly I let myself be talked into selling it. That was nearly 10 yrs ago, & I STILL regret it...

I started selling or trading a few of my early TV sets this year because I have REALLY run out of room, and as long as I do not regret losing them, I figure I am not officially a hoarder (yet).

I picked one up at the town recycling site about a year ago. But not before the simple-minded cord cutter got there. I spliced a cord from defunct VCR, onto it to check it out. Naturally it worked perfect. Remote is missing. I found another Sony with a good cord, but it's not quite the same. :sigh:
Someone must have paid some serious cash for these things.
I have three Wegas now. A 13, 20 and a 27".
