Maybe one like this, but I don't this one anymore... It did make a very good picture until a fatal flaw happened to it. :tears:

I was recently given a 36" RCA F36674ET crt set from 1998 - it was one of those situations I either took set or it was headed to the recycler - very nice picture on this old dinosaur - which is suprising to me - have never seen a large crt set that had a great picture - I'll watch the game, and more importantly the commercials and hype on this set then it will make a perfect set for the daughters bedroom and her Wii console etc ...

... and I will no doubt have the '75 XL100 console set going as well ... have lots of sets to choose from but I always come back to this set ...

I'm working on a "TV tower" to watch it on. It will consist of an assortment of color and B&W sets.

Loving the tv-tower idea!! I can easily set one up in the basement... it'd be a good opportunity to use some of my stuff which hasn't been powered in a while.
Hey, vegomatic: I had a similar '79 like that one with Zoom and the ultrasonic remote but yours has a much nicer cabinet! The door they used on those is nice...covers up the whole speaker compartment & control center

Cross-post from the Off Topic Forum post:

To me the Super Bowl is all about technology and flash. None of the equipment I use to watch and hear it will be more than five years old, except my front speakers (EPI T/E 100s from 1985). The system:

Channel Master Stealthtenna 3010 outdoor TV antenna
Windows 7 Media Center custom-built DVR computer (HDMI output)
Onkyo TX-SR876 multi-channel receiver with Audigy digital sound calibration
Epson Home Cinema 6500UB digital LCD 1080p projector (HDMI input)
Da-Lite Model B High Contrast Matte White screen (92" diagonal)
EPI T/E 100 front speakers
Cerwin-Vega V5C center speaker
Energy C100 surround speakers
Velodyne VX-10 subwoofer

It was a great game!
