Hello,
I used to sell TVs VCRs and Camcorders back in 1988-1990 and we sold JVC equipment where I worked (not important, they're now defunkt).

Along side the manual of some JVC Videodisc players was included a 5" videodisc produced by JVC to demo inside their new line of Videodisc players. Does anyone remember such an obscurity?

Anyways, I have been looking for this disc. It features some footage of the Newport Jazz Festival - particularly a performance by Michael Brecker and his band performing a few tracks from that 1988 concert.

If anyone happens to have this disc, I'd love to get a copy of it - digital or otherwise...

Michael Brecker was a friend of mine and he is gone now.

If anyone happens to have this disc, please contact me - I'd like to at least borrow it to make a digital copy of it...

Thanks
Eeklair

You could also search this artist on Google and You Tube. Something may come up.

Check this link out for a DVD of the performance. http://www.michaelbreckerliverecordings.com/DVD/DVD%20Brecker%20Page%206.html
