Always happy to show mine off ;) It was the first vintage TV I ever picked up and directly led my involvement in this hobby and Videokarma.
Serial # C061036 with original stand. The only thing missing is the back :(
I was doing a little side job creating a website that pulled data from craigslist when I came across a listing advertising some art deco furniture just a couple miles form my place. It was a bitterly cold January and I was very bored so I decided to give them a call just for something to do. Turned out to be an elderly woman who husband had passed away and needed to clear some stuff out. During the conversation it came out that I knew a thing or two about computers and she said to come on over and she'd trade me what ever I wanted if I could fix up her computer.
So I did and to make a long story short, I got the TV. Turns out father bought the set new back in '64 and it had been in the same house ever since.
I contacted Phil that night and with his advice managed to dismantled the set in the garage and lugged it up the stairs into my place.
I knew nothing about TVs at the time and almost passed on it because it was so filthy. I'm so glad I didn't. Underneath all the grime, the original finish was good condition.

Reassembled and cleaned up.

The cabinet could use a little touching up around the edges, but otherwise is in great shape.
