I have a 9PC41 projection TV with a beautiful, almost flawless cabinet. I don't know if it works or not, it hasn't been gone through yet so I don't want to plug it in. The tubes don't appear to be burned out. I live in SoCal. Can anyone give me a ballpark of what it is worth?? I don't have even a CLUE. Thank you!

I've seen a few of those, and a few 8PCS41s on eBay in SoCal in the past few years, and I recall $200-$400 as final prices. Those are magnificent sets! I've had several of them, and restored one to working. If yours has the wired remote, that's a plus. If yours did have it originally, there's a "remote/local" switch on the control panel. That was an option on the 9PC41 and the 741PCS.

Here's some pictures that might help.

Thanks, charokeeroad ...I have seen these pictures online. My cabinet looks to be in about the same condition. I think I am gonna ask $300. Fair?

That seems fair. Does yours have the remote control for picture and brightness?
That would make the set more desirable. I just restored one of these RCA projection sets, fun TV when they are working. It was quite the technological terror in it's day.

The biggest problem you will encounter is that this set is so large and heavy not many people have room for it.

Thanks, Steve. It has the remote/local switch on the control panel, meaning it originally had the remote, but it doesn't have the remote now. At one point someone put it on some heavy duty casters, which makes it a LOT easier to move, but YES is weighs a ton!
Thanks for your help!
