Finally got around to working on this critter. It is a really low end set but has a sophisticated chassis. Horizontal and vertical blanking, three IF's! Series filaments, 130 volts B+. No twist lock cans, all tubulars and a wood painted metal cabinet. I got this one in the 60's and it sat in the closet till recently. Still one or two issues (sound still not great) but it is stable!

Lookin' good :thmbsp: Do you know what year it's from ?

It's dated 1955 inside. Last night I changed a shorted 5AT8 in the tuner. It has good strong snow when it's on an unused channel now! Check out the odd construction. The cabinet literally lifts off the top!
