I have one of those and 2 backup chassis. It has the crappy brown drop caps that all need to be changed. Basically it needs so many caps I had to put it on the back burner.
Its basically a ctc16 clone.

Those are good sets, mine actually ran well on all original parts when I got it.
here is my Philco 15M91 it is the only one that was turned off(more than three sets on at once trips the breaker).

My crt is new but has a horid cataract, yours and the one for sale looks great. I am reluctant to pull the lens off and risk destroying such a strong crt.

Appears to be a very common chassis, radiotvnut and I both picked ours up from the same shop we cleaned out.

Mine does not have a bonded safety glass so all the glass needed was removal and a good cleaning.

I have one too, I think it's a pretty nice set. Mine also has a non-bonded 21FBP in it. My control panel looks a little different than all the ones I see here, but I do believe it's a '65 as well.

man, that's a pretty looking cabinet. Love the simple styling. Might need to find a reason to make room for it :scratch2:
