I've stumbled onto a European website which features valves of all different sorts including camera tubes http://www.jogis-roehrenbude.de/Roehren-Geschichtliches/Spezialroehren/Spezialroehren.htm . There are some oddball tubes featured on there including the European version of the iconoscope tube.
