Hi,
I'm looking for the impossible. I need a 21AP4 metal picture tube for this set. That being said, does anyone know of a glass tube replacement for the 21AP4 and where I could get one ? I'm not a repair person, I just like old stuff that works. I have somebody working on it and of course the metal tube was doa. I'd love to get it working to compliment my Philco 47-1227 which does. Thanks,
Bill

I see a 21MP4 on ebay at the moment:

the 'ap4 and 'mp4 have same deflection angles and both are metal tubes.

Hey, the 21MP4 has been relisted. This would make a good replacement for the Lansford.

Darn, I missed the ebay sale... was out of town. I guess they(21AP4) are still around. I'll keep looking. If anyone sees one again, drop me an email : [email protected] . I might have to sell the tv if I can't find a pic tube. The repair guy(in Cincinnati) needs the space in his shop. Thanks for the help.
