Chinese made cheapy made in the early part of this decade, not the 70's.
I have a bunch of them and never paid more than $5 or $10 for one.

Wow. I just sent them a message with what he or she really has. Told them all it really is a cheapo Chinese made junk and good luck finding someone to buy it for that much when the local big lots or knock off store sells them for $30 or less brand new. Hell, I have a coby which is not a true brand name but make good stuff, and all that works on it is the radio unless it is connected to a converter box. Some idiots.

I have two of those... it's a piece of junk, really. I wouldn't even consider this thing to be among the TVs I own, because it is such poor quality it's nearly impossible to enjoy watching it.
I bought one, thinking it would likely be the last NTSC black and white CRT based TV ever sold on the consumer market in North America. Found it defective, took it back, got another, and over the course of a couple months, it started losing horizontal size. Still doesn't work properly.
I had been discussing how to repair this problem with a friend of mine, and he saw them surplus somewhere and picked me up another one for $15. Still have it in the garage, use it sometimes when I am in there, but it is a true piece of cheap junk, it sounds terrible, the controls are as cheap as you can possibly imagine, it has awful contrast, and reception is bad and picture is littered with snow in the city, in an area where my 1986 RCA 9" colour portable comes in like cable TV with a similar antenna.
If someone really wanted a TV of this size, I would hold out for an old Sony or something of quality.
