This early '60's Zenith is a space command 300 set and uses a tube type remote receiver chassis. The tubes light; but, the set is otherwise dead except for the power tuning. Unfortunately, the remote, the tube cap cover, and the screw on legs are missing.

The "tv" part of your set is identical to the SC400 combo I recently picked up - the only obvious difference is mine says Space Command 400. What chassis is in that beast?

The model looks like H3340 and the chassis looks like 16H23. The label is faded; but, I think that's correct. I still need to find a remote for this set.

That sounds correct - my set reads 16H22Q.
Here is a pic of the chassis, and the front of the set.
The set is enormous, it dwarfs the '82 XL-100 sitting nearby.

A member of ARF recently sent me a space command 300 remote for this set. It's the old type with a single rocker style button. The left side changes channels and the right side controls power and volume. Does this look like the remote that originally came with this set? All functions of the remote operate and there is an override switch on the remote chassis that enables the front panel switch to be used as a standard on/off switch. Otherwise, the front panel switch is used as a master power switch.

Looking closer, I noticed that the 5U4 LV rectifier tube is missing; so, that's why it's not getting any B+. Instead of plugging in a good tube, I decided to wait and check things a little closer since there's a good chance of a short in the B+ line somewhere and I don't want to burn up the power transformer. I did notice that one of the filter cans is bent inward.

BTW, I do have the manual tuner knob and shaft that sticks out the back, as well as the back cover and the cardboard cover that goes over the remote chassis. The only things missing are the CRT cap and the screw on legs.
