They call it a "TV sculpture"

Looks more like an open air TV museum to me... simply amazing!! even though, sadly, the sets are obviously rotting away.

Wow! I notice that most of those sets appear to have the edges of the CRT in the open, rather than covered by a bezel as I am used to seeing. Inherent to European design, I suppose.
