Does anyone know of anyone in the Chicago/Milwaukee area who would work on or restore an RCA 621TS ? I have one semi-operating. I get a picture and sound when playing a VCR through channel 3 (bad picture). The tuner shaft connected to the knob dosen't turn the internal tuner shaft. I found channel 3 by opening the tuner and manually turning the internal shaft. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chuck
