I grabbed this little set off the Goodwill Auction Site, it's amazingly clean!
It's a "Tele-O-Master" Handy Vision by Tokyo Denshi, I can't find a model number, anyone know the year this was made?
Looks like it was styled after the low buck 1957 GE 9" set but it's built more like the RCA 8" inside with Japanese quality and attention to detail throughout.
The chassis is brightly plated and looks nearly new.
Some of the internal parts are American, I see some Cornell Dublier Caps inside, not sure about the tubes, the CRT looks like the 8DP4 in the RCA except it's Aluminized and has no Ion trap.
UPS knocked the HO tube out of it's socket but after I reinstalled it the set worked!
