Not sure how early it is, but I might get it to go along with my CTC-9. I'm thinking I could build the circuit outlined in the manual, and possibly retrofit my chassis for remote function.

That's a slightly newer looking one than the one that goes with my ctc-10, but it has the same controls. I'm not sure if they used the same frequencies or not?

Wouldn't matter to me really. Since I'd be building a circuit from scratch based on the schematics in Sams, I could tune it to accept whatever the remote is spitting out.
