dot bar generator. Has tearing at the top of the screen in all vertical displays
(cross hatch/vert lines/color bars).

there was a pot in it that helped but it ran out of travel before fixing the issue.

I have messed with the RF strength, still no joy.

I reset some of the IC's seems to have fixed it.
