1942 Zenith 14H697 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250659304621)
It's a 14 tube Zenith AM-SW-pre war FM with a record cutter.
Of course, I'm nowhere near St. Joseph, Michigan. Wish I could afford a trip though. Shipping costs would probably be in orbit. I have this chassis in a cut-down cabinet, and have had my eye out for a complete set for a couple of years. This is the first I've seen for sale.
If anyone decides to go for this, I have a copy of a '42 Zenith service manual and I'd be glad to make a nice scan of the schematic. The ones being offered by the manual dealers online are unreadable crap.
A word of caution - this chassis used that disintegrating rubber sheathed wire. That aside, it's an excellent performer.
