What a great show. They determined that artwork from several artists of that time was essentially smuggled on Apollo 12 to leave our mark on moon. Other personal items were left there too like photos of kids of the astronauts. It is incredibly interesting to realize how some men thought for themselves to do something good that may not have been approved if they asked while respecting all they were supposed to in the process. It is a great episode to see. So, John F. was a name used on a Western Union note to tell a person that the artwork had been sent. Apparently it is a code name and not known by those in charge at NASA. One man that would know has passed on and one astronaut had a gut feeling it happened as they uncovered but did not know who John F. was or is. The History Detective said she was doing something never before done by asking the audieance for help locating him.
